wardrobe production

 Hey I am Anthony Villegas today I will be talking about the Wardrobe. The Wardrobe in a production is basically referring to the clothing that will be used on the making/filming of the video. As the stylist of the video I am in charge of curating the outfits that the characters will be using on the video. After Analyzing the message of the song "Yo Visto Asi" it comes to my imagination a curation of clothing that is unique and rare as well as spontaneous. I believe that my idea of the outfits being some type rare will make the public perceive and understand the song better. I want to put the high end brands to a side and go for something more rare and look for pieces that no one has seen before. I decided to make my curation of clothing for the video from vintage clothing that tends to be more difficult to obtain than a expensive designer item. In my curation I decided to use colors that highlighted as well as the black and white combination that never misses and a red and white outfit, I also decided to use some earth colors. The goal of my curation is to make every outfit unique and make them all different in their own way so people can difference them even tho they are a similar stlye. Based on the song "yo visto asi" deliverds a message of wearing whatever you like and not caring about others people opinions. I decided to use different varieties of T-shirts: soccer jerseys, music t's, history t's, as well as nature T shirts. For the pants I believe that I had to choose pants that pop out as well to the viewer but they can still find a corralation among the pants and the t-shirt. For the shoes I decided to match them to most of the pants to make each other complement but still being notice by the viewer. I want to use some accessories that can be used on the last outfit that we choose in order to add some accessories to the main character as a "final touch". For jewlery I believe that it is important to go with steel silver jewelry and this is due because I believe that silver jewlery is more of a classy look than other types of jewlery. The watch is also and important item that should have more recognization. I will go with my watch because I know that it goes really well with the style that I am looking for. I made sure to separate all of the clothes in a place that can be accesible and also communicate to the actor what he will be wearing for tomorrow doing the filming in order to get his feedback and honest opinion about the topic. He tried everything on and after some pants did not work as planned and some modifications had to be made I feel satisfied with the different outfits that I styled for the actor I think they will look great.
